Beet Ginger Smoothie
- 3/4 cup diced beets, preferably frozen overnight (see note) We used Loved Beets!
- 1 seedless orange, peeled and quartered
- 1 heaping tablespoon roughly chopped fresh ginger (optional, for an added kick)
- 1 cup of Bhakti Chai Original Concentrate
- ¼ cup of ice for added thickness
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
