Pear Ginger Cinnamon Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen pear

1 tbsp cinnamon

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

¾ cup Bhakti Chai Ready-To Drink of your choice

¼ cup instant oats

Add ½ tbsp raw ginger for an added kick!

Preparation

Blend and serve!
