- ½ an avocado
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup of a ready-to-drink of your choice (we used toasted coconut RTD)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 green apple
- 2 Turkish figs
- 1 handful spinach
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and ENJOY!
