Bourbon Cider Slushi


4½ cups apple cider, divided
1 cup bourbon1 cup ginger beer
¾ cup cold bhakti chai concentrate
¼ cup lemon juice
Apple slices & cinnamon sticks (optional)

Yield: 8 cups

Pour 3 cups of the apple cider into an ice tray and freeze until solid (4 to 6 hours).  Once frozen, transfer the cubes to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend into a smooth slushie consistency.  Divide between glasses. garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks and serve.
