Mojito Chai Pop

Cool off and relax on a hot day with the Mojito Chai Pop! Enjoy by the pool or at happy hour.

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Bhakti Concentrate
  • 1 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup Campari
  • 1/3 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup lime juice

1. Heat sugar and ¼ cup water over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves to make simple syrup.

2. Combine with grapefruit juice and Campari.

3. Puree with Bhakti, rum, mint leaves, lime juice and remaining 3/4 cup water.

4. Pour in popcicle molds, freeze and enjoy on a hot day during happy hour.
