Adaptogen Ginger Chai Latte
This latte is warm, cozy and full of flavor. A rich, powerful blend of spices and adaptogens to keep you warm by the fire.
- 6oz Bhakti Original Chai
- 6oz milk or non-dairy milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon maca
- ½ teaspoon ashwaganda
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan until warm and fully combined.
- Add to a blender and blend until frothy.
- Top with cinnamon and serve.
