Chai Energy Bites
Sometimes you just want a quick, flavorful snack that will keep you satisfied for a few hours. These Chai Energy Bites are the perfect solution. They are very simple to make and will last the whole week in your fridge!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¾ cup cashew butter or nut butter of choice
- ½ cup Originial Bhakti Chai Concentrate
- ¼ cup chopped dates
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until mixture resembles the consistency of dough.
- Carefully roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place them in the refrigerator to chill.
