Chai Energy Bites

Sometimes you just want a quick, flavorful snack that will keep you satisfied for a few hours. These Chai Energy Bites are the perfect solution. They are very simple to make and will last the whole week in your fridge!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup cashew butter or nut butter of choice
  • ½ cup Originial Bhakti Chai Concentrate
  • ¼ cup chopped dates
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:

  • In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until mixture resembles the consistency of dough.
  • Carefully roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place them in the refrigerator to chill.
