Chai Poached Pears
This recipe may look decadent, but with only two ingredients, it couldn’t be easier. Enjoy this guilt-free, no sugar added treat all summer long!
Ingredients:
- 2 pears, sliced in half
- 2 cups Bhakti unsweetened Chai Concentrate
Preparation:

In a saucepan combine pears and enough Chai Concentrate to cover them completely.

Cover with a lid, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes until pears are soft.

Serve warm with some extra liquid as a topping on its own or with your favorite ice cream!
