Dark & Stormy
A chai highball packed with sour and spice
- 5 ounces Bhakti Chai, Unsweetened
- 2 ounces Black Spiced Rum
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 lime
- Pour chai and rum into a glass of ice.
- Stir in optional sugar.
- Squeeze one half of the lime into glass.
- Cut a wedge from the remaining half of lime. Fry it in a saucepan over medium heat for a smoky lime garnish.
