Ginger Olive Oil Cake

Dry Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients

3 large eggs
-
¾ cup granulated sugar

½ cup Bhakti Chai Concentrate
-
½ cup olive oil (good quality, mild or fruity)

¼ cup milk (or oat milk)

1 tbsp vanilla extract
Whisk Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together:
✔️ flour
✔️ baking powder
✔️ baking soda
✔️ salt
Set aside.
Beat Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, beat together:
✔️ eggs
✔️ sugar
✔️ Bhakti Chai Concentrate
✔️ olive oil
✔️ milk
✔️ vanilla
Beat until smooth and slightly pale.
Combine & Bake

Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture.

Stir until just combined — don’t overmix.

Pour into a greased 9-inch cake pan or loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool & Serve
✔️ Let cool completely so it stays moist.
✔️ Optional: dust with powdered sugar or top with a chai glaze (powdered sugar + Bhakti concentrate).
