Toasted Coconut Chai Nice Cream
This delicious summer treat takes only minutes to make. Unlike traditional ice
cream, it’s not only dairy free but naturally sweetened with banana so you can enjoy
this guilt-free all summer long!
- 1.5 cups sliced bananas, frozen
- 4 tablespoons Bhakti Toasted Coconut Chai
- toasted coconut flakes for garnish, optional
- ice cream cones, optional
- Combine banana and chai in a high powered blender and blend until the consistency is like soft serve.
- Once fully combined, add to ice cream cone and top with toasted coconut.
